    Pancrates could kick the ball.

I don't like being unkind about players but he has the worst ball control I've ever seen in my life from a professional.

Id need a forest fan but surely he wasn’t this ****ing terrible there.

I think the problem is the way we now need to play. I don’t think a top 6 club has players like Barnes, Elanga, Gordon - they’re all pacey one dimensional counter attackers and I think that kind of player gets you in and around the top 6, but it’s then a different breed that kicks on. I’d rather we spent £70m on Semenyo than what we did on Elanga. I think with a better set up we’ll get the right players but all we’ve done is gone with pace alone and it doesn’t work in isolation. We need people like Saka, Semenyo, Eze, Olise, etc. We’ve made mistakes but not huge ones. We’re still going to be fine and the youth looks outstanding. Could do with a change of tact in January.

Best bit is.......Maranakis is determined to spunk that £55m on severence payouts.

At this rate Forest are going to be selling us Anderson back and re-siging Vlachidimos for whatever money we demand just to pay off sacked managers :emoticon-0140-rofl:

Slow developer, MFI. My lad was kicking a football the day he was born, literally.

Disagree, I think it will change. But it’s a very hard balance - we need to get a creative talent in, that the filthy 6 don’t want, and that the mega scouts of Brighton, Brentford. Bournemouth, etc miss.

It appears glaring obvious you never saw Wayne Fereday play

Would you not drop Elanga at this point? If he got sent off I think we'd have some closure.

    He looks stoned

Well if I was Murphy I'd be annoyed I wasn't starting....

I think Elanga's still fitting in, he was superb against Union Berlin, but hasn't been great in a few of the league games. I assume Murphy will replace him vs Benfica.

Murphy is a better player... We've waited years for a RW and in the end we got a player worth 16 million for 55.

Elanga is not the answer. He is very poor. Then again, so is Gordon.

The entire system is failing from back to front this season and Howe is starting to blame periods of games, which is concerning, because it shows no acknowledgement that maybe he needs to change things.

It's crunch time for our season already.. Hopefully we can win 3 in a row and it'll look different before we get to December.

I was under the impression that Howe improves players, but who's improved at this point? They aren't doing the business for him at all.

It's down to the rat. Our whole tactics were about getting him goals. Then we were clearly looking to get Wissa as our main striker and the tactics would have continued. But now we have Woltemade and that's a whole new set of tactics that need to be implemented at the same time as being without our star full backs and lots of international games. It'll come through in the end

It'll definitely improve if we get all our best players on the pitch, and Wissa will make a difference, but who's going to get dropped?
