I'm not saying anything dramatic or ruling out a few wins changing the outlook quickly, but until they come I do think that's a bad little run.

I don't think you're far wrong tbh, but if you ask a question about other expensive flops you've opened a separate debate. The bottom line is that right now Elanga has been way below what's required in both directions and that's undeniable.
