They conflate men’s & women’s football stories all the time now, it’s done to pretend they are of equivalence.
The BBC thinks if you accidentally click on a women’s football story you will become hooked on the sport.
The other night the commentator was saying the Welsh rued the loss of Aaron Ramsey. The dude hasn't had a good game for at least ten years and currently plies his trade in Mexico. How very desperate.
this is so true, and unbelievably lame of them. Sky think the same. It's why they deliberately make it hard to tell the men's & women's match stats apart on SSN. It's disrespecting the women's game, not helping it.
Update: Posts regarding the banning of Tel Aviv fans from Aston Villa now moved to the Current affairs & Politics thread. The subject can continue to be debated there.
Excellent, hopefully we can post whatever on that thread and people getting upset just need not to open said thread.
I completely understand some members not wanting to get involved in political or other non-football posting. That subject began as a football story but quickly exploded into something much wider ranging - which I was at least in part responsible for. So it has been moved. I'd like every fan, whatever their preferences, to feel they are able to enjoy at least parts of this forum.
Angela sacked by Forest. Marinakis has totally f****** things up, the guy is a lunatic. It seems that Dyche is going to get the job, whilst he is a bloody good manager who is to say that he will be able to turn things around. I hope that Forest go down if only for the fact that the chairman has shown what all is mad about football. Good luck to Angela and having a VERY profitable three months with two sackings, serious dollars in his back pocket.
I quite like him tbf, anybody that hates totteringham fans like he does is alright in my book. Besides, the dude at Forest is a lunatic and deserves to be hit in the pocket.
