The one across from Tesco? I didn’t know, I assumed it was still a spoons. The one that caught my attention was some bloke mid to late 40’s. He was wearing a North Face tracksuit and a North Face t-shirt that had a stain down the middle and his t-shirt stopped short of where the top of his tracky bottoms went up to so you could see a bit of his fat hairy belly <laugh>

yeah. No need for it in Mayfair. The Duke picks up the tab via rents and rates. Not many schools or health services to cater for that aren’t done privately

unfortunately, the lower the econ condition of an area, the higher the council tax.

That’s what reform did. Pretend to be DOGE and say they’ll reduce costs then put costs up

Right okay, I understand what you mean, now.

I agree they shouldn’t be making false promises or even lies to get voted in when they’ve got no intention of adhering to what they’ve claimed they’re going to do.

On a wider scale, I’d like to see manifesto’s wrote into law, in some way. So anybody elected has to stand by them or face charges for fraud and deception with an intention to mislead the public.

I mostly agree. Only thing is, can all parties see the intricacies of the economic picture ? I genuinely don’t know if they do or don’t. If it’s true and they can’t they should so they can make specific predictions against facts. It should open to all if it isn’t

North Road is grim. The bairn had men trying to entice her in for drinks several times when she went to school in Durham and was waiting for the bus home. She was in school uniform, so clearly underage for drinking. Often white British men, so at least it's none of this foreign noncing that gets banded about everywhere.

Farage is living in the heads rent free of every opposing group he really doesn't have to say or do anything.
It's great reading, seeing everything being blamed on REFORM.
When really it's those in power ****ing the country up.

I’m sorry to read this. That’s disgusting.

If it was ‘often’ white British men, who was it the rest of the time? Did you report it to the police? I would have done because that’s dangerous and they’d have probably kept doing it to other schoolgirls until they managed to eventually lure one in there.

When people tried to talk about Labour when the Tories were in government, we were told by posters on here they weren’t interested about what Labour would or wouldn’t do because they weren’t the government. The same posters now can’t shut up with their obsession about Reform and Nigel Farage.

Nowt gets done. It's just part of being female being leered at by men.

Recently, she got wolf whistled at and told she would get it by men outside the Cooper Rose when she was walking past it after uni. A man in a van shouted something about having a go on my tits when I was waiting to cross the road outside The Gate in Newcastle. Both incidents in the middle of the day when we were dressed in everyday clothing and not being provocative.

Aye, I can’t believe that, Labour have three and a half years to turn things round but they are certain Reform are going to walk it already.
Nobody thought Labour were going to get in three and a half years before the last election, just shows how s hit Labour already are.

The way I think a lot of people see it now is that both the Tories and Labour have let the country down so they want to try something different. The Lib Dem’s are wet and the greens are as far left as you can go so that only leaves Reform.

The two biggest factors for a lot of people at the minute I’d say are the cost of living and immigration. If a party focuses around that then they’ll gather interest from folk who don’t really read much else into the manifestos and that’s probably the majority of voters these days.

Imo if I’m selfish and go for who represents me I think that would be the Tories - and I’m not middle class, wealthy etc. I’m in the 40% tax bracket but I live month to month, I grew up on a council estate I’m working class for sure but Labour do not represent anyone from the working class unless you’re a civil servant or the NHS because clearly they think the sun shines out of their arse. They are the best bet realistically, especially when it comes to the economics.

There could be a few on here will be worried if the Greens do well.
This week the Green Party backed a plan to see end of private letting. A motion passed at its party conference at the weekend called for the party "to seek the effective abolition of private landlordism," according to the BBC.

Whilst this is laughable, many landlords aren't seeing the joke, because the Green Party, despite not being in power, have changed and influenced landlord policies before.

The positioning has been enough to trigger another mass sell-off, with more landlords than in previous weeks approaching portfolio exit companies to sell.
They seem to be competing to see who has the thickest party.

Sadly it’s just how the world’s going.

People just don’t have enough respect …

… even worse they don’t have any self respect.

The bloke isn't worth the airplay he's getting. He's just nothing but an ugly and passing reaction to growing disenfranchisement.

The minute he gets a shred of actual influence is the minute he proves himself just as if not more inept than the rest.

Both the labour part and the Tories should hang their heads in shame for allowing him the space to get his nonsense out.

My suggestion... Go live on the land. Get away from people. People are the ****ing worst.

Tories and Labour are to blame for the UKs decline we cannot blame anybody else as these parties are the only two that have been in power since time immorial.
After the war the only way was up.
The Northeast has probably been the worst hit the closing of the mines, ship building and most heavy industry without a replacement being in place.
Add to that the great con of the EU we imported cheap labour cheap so called tradesmen whilst ignoring our own workforce and importing most products we could have produced ourselves.
Now we have left the great Ponzi scheme we now are left with a great void of qualified people.
Blair pushed the great project of go to uni get a degree get a better job not informing people they would get a big debt along with it and also flooding the country of people with degrees with no job prospects in the field they desired.
Meanwhile apprenticeships were abandoned and that has left us in the mire.
The Northeast is playing catch up with the rest of the country and it shows, run down villages run down town centres **** me i could go on.
Socialism doesn't work we know that by seeing throughout the world the mess socialist countries end up in.
Capitalism does work as it starts businesses which in turn employs people which generates money for people to get on with there lives.
The only thing wrong with capitalism is the obscene amounts of money one person can own.
The rich are accused of getting richer while we stay the same so what's the choice definately not socialism.
