Week 9 2017. I watched the Giants this weekend go 14-3 up and then lose heavily. That was fun. I hate the new (to me) kick off by the way. So boring.
I think the new kick off is great. Far less boring than the ball going into the endzone for a touchback every time. The new rule encourages teams to run out with the ball.
It is probably just nostalgia, or the fact I tend to watch NYG, but there are just so many penalties now, the defences seem sloppy. I know you can’t train properly anymore due to safety guidelines, and way too many players are paying for how hard the game used to hit. Doesn’t feel like the same sport though.
The wheels have fallen off. Picking up too many injuries and our offence is shockingly bad. Unless changes are made, a losing record will come our way this season
Jaxson Dart has a great future ahead of him. Skatebo too. If the Giants can build a decent defence then you never know… they may get 5-6 wins!
Vikings should win that. Hurts can’t find open receivers, holds the ball too long and the run game is dead. Defense are getting knackered as we are 3 and outing every possession
Have you seen our injury list? Sounds like McCarthy, Cashman and Jackson will be back but Jones and Kelly will still be on IR and O'Neill and Van Ginkel will likely still be out. Plus RB's have a field day against us so Barkley will find his mojo again.
