    I was told a little while back that it's about 2 months behind schedule because the company that was supposed to supply the paving went bust and it took a little while to get a new supplier.

    Officially it was "summer 2025" which most people took to be early August, so if it's right that it's about 2 months behind, give or take a week or so, the Wolves game or there abouts is probably right.

    That was just a date plucked out of thin air but repeated so many times it has become a fact.
    A formal, specific opening date has never been provided.
    The bridge will be ready when it's ready.
