You can't ignore the nature of that uprising though. It has historically been violent and hasn't discriminated between military and civilian targets.

I understand that Israel can be accused of the same thing, but you seem to be presenting one as some sort of noble cause and the other as "terror".

Ultimately both have the same methods and end game.

Furthermore, chants of "Globalise the Intifada" which have been heard on the streets of cities across the globe for two years...what is the message of that chant?

    Why take the Intifada 'global'?

Why not confine it to where it belongs, the strip of land between the river and sea of that other popular chant?

Isn't it obvious that it is a call for an uprising against Jews or supporters of Israel, wherever they are on the globe?

Isn't this exactly what the Yom Kippur attack was about? The knife man shouted "this is for killing our children!" as he slashed at everyone around him. Wasn't he simply acting out the chant to globalise that struggle?

I'm not really presenting any cause. I'm just saying what the Infitada is and yes it's been violent at times.

I think the Infitada should be localised, but I guess the people calling for it to be globalised would see that the oppression and occupation has been internationally supported, with the arming, funding and diplomatic immunity for Israel.

So the whole issue has expanded beyond it's physical borders.

Do you not think it’s sad that they’re protesting about terrorism in a different country but totally ignoring and even rubbing salt into the wounds of the terrorist attack that has happened in their own country?

I’m with Sucky here. Time to turn the acid cannons on these horrible ****s. They’re a ****ing disgrace and nothing but troublemaking ****s who are bringing this country down. It’s about time the police and right wing started to turn up the heat on these people with violence.

I genuinely think we are getting to that stage. They need dealt with properly. It’s looking like that’s the only language they’ll understand.

If it’s going to make them jump off the Thames bridge thinking they can fly, I’m all for it, tbh.
