The last time Ipswich Town beat Norwich City was on April 19, 2009, with a 3-2 victory at Portman Road in the East Anglian derby

If they can't beat us at the moment, will they ever?

The Town fans were pretty optimistic last time at their place, with some justification, but failed. I don't see how they can fail this time round, barring a blinding performance by Vlad. Really not looking forward to this one.

Over the intervening 15 seasons, if I calculate aright, the derby matches have been played in only six, including one year in which four were played, two being in the semi-final round of the Championship play offs. So, due to our several seasons in the EPL and Ipswich's sojourn in League 1 and solitary season in the top tier, the unbeaten run extends over 14 meetings.
