Defence looks like it's never played together and Pandur just looks scared.

Second goal, Pandur was getting pelters but he just didnt get his foot through it enough, and looks like he was unsighted by Hughes for the shot.

Fully agree, Hughes gave him all the time in the world to shoot, the goal was Pandur’s fault but Hughes could have prevented it.

That's how I saw it too. Midfield not at fault. Poor from Pandur but then Hughes backs off instead of closing down.
