All I would say Labour has been in power a year so any reasoned person would wait till we start to see the effects of their investment a policies. Good to see the announcement yesterday on tackling the 350 most disadvantaged areas. Obviously it will take a while for this to kick in but it’s good news and will hopefully tackle some of the the issues where whites in disadvantaged areas feel left behind fuelling Farage.

Some legacy from Thatchers 80s and a fckd economy and record immigration from the last Tory government. The Tories were supposed to be strong on immigration and the economy so no wonder on their poorer areas like the NHS saw the record longest waiting times in its history.
For a bit of even handedness, Blair should not have got us involved in the Iraq war. Also the Blair/Brown PFI, private finance initiative has cost a fortune.

Possibly agree. Re PFI all I would say, with experience, is that our hospitals were in such a bad way, given the chronic underinvestment, something had to be done to make them fit for purpose quickly. Ultimately they got waiting lists down and many didn’t suffer in pain for a long time which if they hadn’t done that they would have.
I terms of me mentioning Kier Hardie it was a joke but obviously one that’s went way beyond your comprehension. Some of the comments from the right on here have been filled with love and compassion but I take your advice to heart.
