    I agree with the concept but I am seeing waaaay too much of this to wish people the best

    it seems many very good players at grassroots are being ignored for the children and relatives of ex players

    seems to be getting like wrestling - whilst I understand that there is some logic to it - I am also seeing kids fast tracked because of who they are

    not right imho but what do I know lol
