Hope you’re right, but too early to judge yet, we’ve seen them a handful of times so far

Unsurprisingly the Blackburn v Ipswich game is going to be replayed in full

I mean, if Eastleigh v Scunthorpe was going to be replayed (despite being abandoned in the 94th minute), then that was always going to be.

The EFL have the power to just play the remaining minutes. Making them replay the full match is a disgrace.

Blackburn have every right to be fuming. I see that they're considering appealing.

Or simply declare it a result as enough time had been played.

That'd be a much worse option imo. I actually don't mind them replaying it though I think Ipswich should give them a goal.

Not Ipswich's fault that Blackburn's ground not up to standard.

TBF the rain was biblical. Streets around the ground were flooded in minutes by all accounts. Not your average rainfall.

Other Lancashire clubs coped fine. Might be wrong but seem to recall this hasn't been massively uncommon at Ewood Park in last decade or so.

    You're right

It's just not a well-operated and maintained ground (or club, tbh) under their ownership, which I believe is still the same Indian group, Venky's
