We should talk about both or get more women in parliament as women can do more than one task the same time.
Would love to see whole tax system ripped up and started again. For me all offshore trusts ,letterbox companies etc should be banned from owning any assets in the UK be it companies, houses or other financial products. Any one based in a tax haven should be taxed at source and then they claim tax back if allowed. I don't agree with this non dom carryon. If they made money abroad and taxed abroad should not have to pay more tax here. Should only pay tax on money made in the UK.

The 'stop the boats' thing is a real head-scratcher to me. Not a single political party (at least that I'm aware of) doesn't want to stop the boats, but it's become this divisive issue.
I think when people feel frustrated it’s easy to turn to simple issues and scapegoat. It’s an issue - a safety issue, a capacity issue but not the cause of poor social conditions. People are lifting the wrong stone. Labour after a year can’t be either logically, mistakes or not. .

There was some yank on newsnight last night who did complement Trump on getting a few things right... e.g. nato needing to contribute more to the defence of Europe rather than rely on the US
