That’s the average migrant it talks about - those with supported college or work placements It does not include, I wonder why, the effect of people living in hotels , getting taxis to their preferred GPs etc in the economy . I went to a high school with about 500 students, all white British not one case of autism. I went to my daughter's primary school Christmas concert & they have an entire class of autistic window lickers wearing ear protectors . About 25 out of 250
I hear, if you can get a doctor to state that your kid is autistic: you can claim all sorts of benefits. Not sure if true.

You did … they were just called the quiet kid, the loner , the wee weird one , the socially akward one , the one who has anger issues etc Also now you have kids with additional special needs in mainstream schools as the funding for ‘special’ schools has been cut . My daughters school has a lot of kids with medium to severe physical and/or mental disabilities that should be in a special school but there are no places for them , so they get a support assistant to look after them in a mainstream classroom. Kids actually specialist care - given sub standard care as councils cut funding !
