Very strange start to the season. Lots of promise from the first two games. Then that absolute catastrophe against Blackburn. We followed that up with some more calamitous defending against Bristol City, but showed attacking promise. Finally, today has been sublime. Absolute masterclass from start to finish. Let them have possession whilst making them look totally impotent then looking absolutely deadly going forward ourselves.
Shame to concede at the end, but it was job done well before then.
I think it’s clear that we will be safe this season no doubt there. Wonder if we have enough quality wise to actually do something towards the play offs? I suspect not, stranger things have happened at sea though.

Well that was a strange ol game, under the pump possession wise for long periods, but it aint how much ya have the ball it's what ya do with it and we were clinical today. Pleased for Coyle, Giles and Joseph, so often the subject of criticism but today they were excellent. Shame we never managed the clean sheet, but an excellent 3 points against a decent Sputhampton team. Well done boys, well happy with that result.

Ah well can’t have everything. A clean sheet would have been nice. Great win though and sounds like some top performances.

Good and important win. All played well enough, but some of them are shining bright at the moment. Coyle stepped up beautifully today. I doubted him with how much reservation he's played with in the past couple of seasons, but hands up here - since he's come back into the fold he's so far relished it.

Joseph, Giles and Hadziahmetovic were outstanding, as was McBurnie. Gelhardt, Gyabi and Lundstram had very good games as well. Destan looks a handful.

Fingers crossed for Belloumi. Not sure why we didn't see anything of Ndala. Slater still scares me to be honest and Hughes' brain must have had a vindaloo last night because he had about 10 brain farts today. If Hughes can put whatever it is behind him and keep his concentration we can be a solid outfit.
