Will stick with the dried porcini. Would always be worried about being found dead in a pile of my own **** and sick with that sort of stuff.
Not those ones bud but we do get those growing in the back lawn, not many but enough to keep my mate happy
Tried a white wine sauce without cream, just a bit jelly ISH. Tasted okay but needs cream. Everything else nice.
Made a nice chilli yesterday with some pulled pork I had left over from the summer smoking. Nice smoky flavour. Will post some pics at some point. ****s me off I can’t do it from my phone (Apple)

Continuation of daughter’s birthday…. had my pants taken down taking g her and a friend to ‘wing stop’ just a kfc with some higher prices.
