In short he’s ****ing vile but because he openly hates foreigners and drinks a pint in a pub the half wits think he’s the best option.
Apart from the dire need to provide 2/3 of the nation with a financial cushion and the need to grab finance to invest in services that give people civility and logical prevention, the worrying values of the wealthy are a clear reason why we should tax the **** out of billionaire lunatics. We need the money in safer hands.
My mate has just finished writing a book about his family called the Garnets. History of them was brutal, massive mill owners and part of a group that shipped kids to Canada and other countries supposedly for a better life. I won’t go into the better life but let’s just say they were better off down the mines. My mate was horrified as he found out more and more about them.
I don’t know anybody. I don’t believe the 2 lads on here do either. Try and get them to tell us who they are on here. They talk bull ****
I like doing community work because you see more tangible benefits and tk be honest it’s where I get some hope. I do interact with politicians to represent community voice, of all types. Hearing Reform ask for help in getting the young people’s vote while admitting their policies won’t help young people was the trigger for my significant anti Reform energy. Can’t give any more details, but translate that into what they’re doing to woo the working class while having policies that make their life harder. Genuinely worried that people are walking into a carefully manufactured trap. Admittedly all politics stink and does a bit of that, but I dont trust them at all. They’re sinister. I have a look at policies and impact and although I’m not a fan of Starmer and want him to end child poverty not avoid it and stop avoiding the big decision on tax I have to say how with that some of the policies like the NHS look really hopeful and sensible. Similarly young futures makes sense - a bit short of investment and not universal but good. Labour are doing some good things but seem to wedge it with really bad decisions and communications.
My mate bought a property for £335k in 2016 and sold it for £650k in 2022 after some improvements. House was still the same size, no extension etc and that’s up here. No idea if the original poster is fibbing but It is more than possible.
