Sunday 21st September 2025 3:00pm -according to BCFC this is a near sellout so a big crowd expected.

Well back to fortress Ashton Gate and a game against Oxford Utd -City still unbeaten in the championship as we go into game 6. Only Coventry City and Middlesbrough unbeaten in the championship.

Gerhard Struber has certainly got the juices flowing in BS3 with his style of football and us fans are loving every moment.

City sit two points of top on 11 and oxford sit 2 points of bottom in 3rd.
Bristol City will be strong favorites to add another home win Sunday and should be far to strong for Oxford.

The first eleven at present are picking themselves and we should see another unchanged starting eleven on Sunday.

I am going for a 4-1 city win with the team in great form-goals are flowing which has been our biggest problem in years gone by.

EFL Analysis prediction as follow -

    Bristol City vs Oxford United
Bristol City seem like one of those sides that are more likely to pick up results against the ‘better’ teams in this league. Anis Mehmeti was excellent against Sheffield Wednesday last week, and at Ashton Gate the Robins will be expected to control possession. Oxford’s battling point against Leicester City shows they have plenty about them and more than enough to compete. This feels like a draw to me.

Callum’s score prediction: Bristol City 1-1 Oxford United

    Bristol City 3- Oxford United1
    Bristol City 2 -Oxford 1

We SHOULD beat Oxford given that we are in fine form and playing at home.
However, we are Bristol City and we don’t like being favourites. I’ll stick my neck out and predict a 2-0 home win.
There - just jinxed it <yikes>

At least the warmth today should have tried the pitch out a little to stop it getting churned up too much over the weekend

Are they opening the upper Lansdown?
I’m hoping to see some of the game on TV - in Chelmsford for my youngest daughter’s wedding tomorrow (to a West Ham fan!!), but should have a good chance of seeing it because the game is not until Sunday!!

avoid defeat tomorrow and go second but no result today or Monday can drop us down from 3rd........... halfway there to first 12 games and give better picture of what sort of team we actually have in store!

…and then all we have to do is stay there for the rest of the season and get promoted!

    What could possibly go wrong?

Norwich fans want Manning out-they paid us for his services as well -They did us a favour.
Best thing to happen when he left.
    Long live Struberball loving it.

    some comments by Norwich fans-

At least we will have a lovely segment on the next series of Welcome to Wrexham…

    Get Manning and Knapper out!

Lauren Butters think yourself lucky and spare a thought for the poor season ticket holders.
I pay £53 a month for that utter rubbish..

Still, at least it wasn't cold nor raining today..oh, and Ipswich also lost..
Imploded, 1-0 up to 3-1 down & Manning just sat there did nothing... that was embarrassing

Sack him now he hasn’t got a clue!

Knapper and co reckon we can achieve playoffs his office needs checking for drugs

Time for manning and knapper to go

    Get manning out

    Clueless manager
