Mags embarrassing themselves yet again

Ive often never understand their flags.

Eg.

'Nothing is achieved alone. We are a city, a whole population. We are Newcastle United'

'We still have wild dreams'

'We are not here to be popular, we are here to compete'

'This is our house, this is Newcastle'

They sound like slogans that have been translated into English from another language. Or from generic flags in the crowd from a Playstation football game from the early 2000's.

 

Im looking forward to one of them being spelt wrong....it will happen.

 

FFS. They don't have an original thought in their heads. From the BBC and their new NUFC fan "reporter". Cliche doesn't come into it, but look at the name of the mascot.

 

What baffles me is there’s no obvious sense to it.

It’s doesn’t look like a Magpie (Monty the Magpie surely Dave the duck?)
It’s an AC/DC reference. Yeah, Geordie singer but we wouldn’t put Annie Lennox dressed as a dog to reflect Dave Stewart and cats.

I mean it’s a canny bit of graphic in its way it’s just got absolutely no links to their club.

They categorically have seen the 2 brilliant ones we’ve done and tried to match them.

Just a few examples from Google, the mags stuff is just pale rip offs of other clubs slogans.

Coincidentally, we share the same motto as Juventus, 'Til the end.

Aye first it looks ok but then more you look at it the more its ****!

I can kind of make out the ac/dc "back to black" reference but in reality its ****. It doesn't look like a magpie as they have hidden it with the clothes for the ac/dc but also its got a ducks beak and a random devil tail ffs!

I'd eat my hat if this wasn't quickly and cheaply created by ai and doubt it went through many quality checks or redraft before being printed.

It honestly looks like someone has turned i to "create a tiffo design for Newcastle vs Barcelona that has links to Newcastle the area, team and returning to tbe champions league" and whacked the first result out!
