A horrible damp wet night that helped to keep the fans away especially with Sky and an 8pm kick off....I thought our reserve side was quite strong and started off at a canter but the experienced expensive reserves of Florets took control with 2 pretty sloppy goals...at half time you felt game over but in fairness we never gave up did we? Yes Florest could have scored more but they seemed to be lulled in to a false sense of security but AS actually waved a magic wand of great substitutions to take some control of the game....Burgess led by example with his first that got the 10000 or so fans back in a crescendo of noise and although the ref was a first class****** he found us an extra 6 or 7 minutes to win the game....Vipotnik was llke a bull that frightened their defenders and took his equaliser well. At that time we though penalties better than nothing...Galbraiths bullet hit the post and Burgess put the rebound in to the net...delitium on and off the pitch.....
