Whilst stuck on Madeira, I shall do a Brizzle and pick up a bit of local football. Saturday 15.30, Nacional Madeira are playing at home against Arouca. They are 14th and 12th respectively in the Portuguese First Division. Arouca one point more with 5 from 5 games. Final score and a scorer for each side. Winner gets a small bottle of Madeira wine. Tastes like **** but the Mother in Law will love it!!! Get your googles out and find some names. entry open to all and sundry. Lucas Joao for home side in 2 1 win. Consolation by David Simao for Arouca.
0.0 draw. Saves looking up any players. Lazy? Guilty as charged your honour. Enjoy the game and the rest of your holiday FfB.
I think this match is too close to call so I’m going for a 1-1 draw. If selected Barbero to equalize for the away team after an earlier penalty for Nacional by Ramirez.
Actually, having researched this, BfB has a good shout at 0 - 0 (enjoy the walk up the hill). Nevertheless, in the spirit of the challenge I will forecast an away win. Nacional da Madeira 0 v Arouca 1 Scorer, Alfonso Trezza (Uruguayan) Interestingly Alfonso used to play for Nacional in 2023, however it was the Uruguayan Nacional, not the Madeiran version. As I don't have a Mother in Law anymore, I have no need for the prize, thank you
Took your time!!! And no checking your phone for scores while watching our game. Nothing wrong in going for a 0.0. I don't think I've ever predicted that for a City game.
Neither team setting the world alight with challenges both ends of the pitch. 1-1. Chuchu Ramírez for the home side, Näis Djouahra for the away team. Enjoy the game FfB.
I think I want to change my scorer to **** you but I shan't! But I may be driven to shout out his name a few times!
