There were a bunch of leagues that started around that era, most of which didn't last. The Football Alliance and Lancashire League were absorbed quickly. The Southern League took a little longer, but it was rather inevitable.
https://www.youtube.com/shorts/wcJuC8iTkmI?feature=share @KingHotspur Do you think they called it Black Hole on purpose. For those who don't know Larkhall, is a town where Rangers support is so strong that the local Subway had to change it's usual corporate colours of green to black. Green (Celtic) is banned
Going to get a bit lively in London today , raise the flag and counter demonstrations , West Ham V Spurs, Chavs V Brentford, Charlton v Millwall , Arse V Ange season 3 Fulham v Dirty Leeds , Palace v Sunderland
Robinson's rally and all of the Premier League London teams playing in London. Charlton v Millwall is the cherry on top. Having the bulk of Chelsea and Millwall fans not being able to attend their games won't help, either. Anyone going to our game today should probably be very careful getting away from the ground. It's very open and quite poorly signposted, so giving people extra time to get pissed isn't great. The away end at Brentford is going to be steaming at 8pm.
Redford was a genuine good man who did lots of good stuff and helped young film makers to get going. Also made some of my favourite films. The Sting Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid 3 Days of the Condor
Great actor; in some great films. Recently watched The Great Gatsby as my daughter was studying the book for A Level R.I.P
Larkhall is some place. The co-op sign is white too. Not sure if there still have them but I remember seeing the green traffic lights had guards over them as people were smashing them.
I am beginning to realise that there are a number of his films I have not seen. I will seek them out.
