I am watching the giants defending 3 more downs in the red zone to not lose for once!! Scratch that. They lost.
They were missing their 2 best CBs last week, their secondary was terrible. Hoping Kirk can play a bit later
Nabers is great, my favourite LSU receiver since I started following them, and there’s been a few (Jefferson, Chase, Beckham, Thomas off the top of my head)
Well that was bad. McCarthy really needs to learn to take better care of the football. Most of the sacks weren't on him and the injuries did not help at all but the throw that sailed over the wide open Nailor was awful and to go from the 2 yard line to the 20 or whatever it was is just not good enough. Thought a lot of the play calls from KOC were odd as well. Not enough runs on 2nd and short. Inability to move the chains was by far the biggest issue.
Good to see all the team work, culture and close locker room the Vikings love to bang on about makes a huge difference
Bad is one way of putting it. Ugly is another I'd use. In fairness though, we did kill ourselves through penalties. With a few less of them, we might have had more of a chance. Plus, as I said before there are going to be highs and lows with JJ so we've gotta be patient. It's still only his 2nd NFL start, and after the hype of last week, coming crashing down to Earth might not necessarily be a bad thing. Saying that we're going to get brutalised by the Bengals. But on the bright side, after being projected to win literally zero games all season, my fantasy team is on the way to getting its first win, already exceeding season expectations!
The game I watched yesterday was absolutely ruined by constant fouls. The yellow flags were flying like confetti. One play had four separate flags. Is this the game these days??
May as well start tanking if they can’t beat a Browning led Bengals. Making the Falcons and Bears defences look elite is not a great sign. Lot of injuries starting to pile up as well, and zero depth thanks to Kwesi being incompetent in the draft. Be interesting what happens if they do lose the next few
I didn't pay over £100 for a ticket at Tottenham to see the Vikings tank. Plus if kwesi is that bad at drafting, wouldn't tanking be pointless? Though surely no-one expected us to challenge for the division with essentially a rookie quarterback?
