We were good for the first 10 minutes but then it fell apart, just not our day, a pity for Elton. Manager on borrowed time?
A lot of young players exposed a bit. Alleyne needs to quit his whining. First time I’ve seen Baah matched. Fair result. Pollock was quite solid.
Too many players having a bad game alleyne, how many misplace passes under no pressure Keben a few times caught napping and misplaced passes Baah tried to bulldozer his way through the player not around him there were others as well, like I say too many on an off day real shame and we need to put that right next game!! Maybe team selection was a bit suspect - why was Bola not starting - he has been solid so far this season
Yes surprised at that . Too many out of position and unsure what to do . The main worry is they looked much better on the ball , organised and always carried a threat which we certainly didn’t.
Not sure there were any ?! Maybe some believed the hype that we are promotion contenders and just had to turn up and win without putting a shift in . Sacking the manager isn’t the answer I suspect but that is what we are now so no doubt another defeat or two and PP will be gone too .
Apparently Bola has been injured (due to a knock) and had only restarted training one day before the game. Wiley is also injured.
We have tried lots of players, lots of managers so I can only conclude that the pitch is a fault. It's a pity we cannot stream the ladies matches at the moment.
Well the players won’t take any responsibility if the solution is to sack the manager every so often . We played pretty well in 3 consecutive games I think to some extent and everyone was fairly content after the Charlton game. But obviously yesterday was a messy performance and disappointing result so surely the best thing to hope the team and manager react well and put in another good set of displays producing wins ? Obviously if that doesn’t happen then time for a change . No manager is guaranteed to secure instant consistency and promotion particularly with our squad of young players and a lot of injuries.
