I think we were fortunate to play Sheff Utd when we did, I’ve a feeling once they get themselves sorted they’ll become a force to be reckoned with. That’s taking nothing away from our performance though.

I will agree that Anis has stepped up a notch this season but, like RR, I still think he can be a little selfish when one pass may have had a better outcome. Just saying.

 

When you see this, and consider our highest ever weekly wage of £27.5k to Matty James, it’s a wonder we compete as well as we do. Also, it shows the perils of promotion to the PL and the wages that some bang average players command. Be careful what we wish for….

He has improved big time but again Saturday could have passed to better placed players who could have added further goals.

 

Mehmeti frustrates the the hell out of me because of his undoubted ability. His problem is between his ears and why he's with us and not at a bigger club.
However Struber seems to be getting through to him far more than Manning ever did. Mehmeti's improvement, in my eyes, can be attributed to Struber. He's now playing him more centrally and closer to Riis, a player who's has massively improved our attacking options no end.
