That’s because the poster boys of your movement are despicable humans beings. Anyone who even remotely relates to them is a failed human.
Well unfortunately for you, you are classing half the country as failed humans which must be very disappointing for the future through your eyes! Not everyone on the right is "tacit" no matter how much you want to believe it. No matter how bad that front row of a few folks is.....the rest of that march is clearly not all your enemy although you seem to want them to be.
I think I am. This country is ****ed if anyone can say: I want to be in Laurence Fox’s club. And they do matter. They organised this. To show up is to give them your blessing. If British people are this thick I am lost for words.
This is the thing. you just posted: "your movement" who says this is "my movement?" And who says anyone wants to be in "Lawrence Fox's club?" Most folks there have probably never even heard of Lawrence Fox. We could go on forever. Most people just went out to voice their anger at the government for years of not listening. If you always want to tie these things down to single personalities then we could pick points with all marches whether they are supposedly organised by nice fluffy organisations and not the nasty SWP folks or their supporters. This with or against mentality and guilty by association is a big problem. And while I can agree about them organising this, the other day you were arguing about people waving SWP branded placards not "tacitly" supporting the SWP. Surely if you want to play the guilty by association card and offering "consent" it works both ways?
Funny. It was you who said people carrying those placards support the SWP even if they don’t know what the SWP is, yet now you defend the other side saying ‘they don’t know who that is’. Thanks for bringing that up!
Again I didn't say that. I said that SWP always try to take over these marches and they put placards out there which you defended as people probably not knowing what the SWP was, stood for or their back story! But here you are now saying anyone that was there was publicly endorsing the nasty folks in your image, yet people inabundance waving SWP branded placards is not endorsing the brand on the placard they are waving? Your desire to try and paint everyone by the lowest common denominator if they are protesting on the other side from your own political spectrum is obvious to see but it all comes across as "there be dragons" when you defend stuff from marches you agree with politically. Also you constantly try to shoe horn in a comment saying I am part of this movement or support it. I am neither a Tommy Robinson fan nor a Corbyn / Abbott fan. I merely talk about the difference in reporting / opinions / spin on a right wing march compared to a left wing march. I personally would not bother marching at all because I have much better things to do with my time like debate on a public forum, although you always turn it into defending myself rather than actually talk about the subject matter which is pretty typical of the problem with modern day "debate" where the tactic is to stifle the actual debate in favour of making the other side defend themselves by "guilt by association" comments or using out of context snippets to make a "literally" argument. The fools at the front of that march I already stated I agree are bad eggs 100% but if you think that everybody in that march consents 100% supporting what those guys stand for then there is nothing I can say to you because obviously they don't. Anyways. I am used to be called alt-right or far right. Anybody that does not 100% kow tow to the far left mantras these days is labelled as a nasty right winger.
Read this Imp. If people whose point you agreed with were from dodgy backgrounds you would decline their association. Just going to leave this here. Just going to assume all at the protest were ‘low information thickos’.
Everybody is "low information thickos" if they don't agree with you I don't see many people at stop the war organised events asking them why they whisper at best at anything anti Russia whether that be Syria or Ukraine and why they lobby and protest against supplying the Ukraine arms to defend themselves! Do you think most people marching on those stop the war coalition organised marches know what stop the war is, its background, what it actually does behind the scenes? Or they think "Stop the war" yeah I agree with that statement.
I think everyone who went knew Tommy Robinson was and that he had organised this. That is disgusting. And Laurence ‘upskirt’ Fox is pretty much holding hands with him.
Well, if racism is illegal in this country (it is) then TR and 100-150k people can expect a knock on the door in the next week or 2 seeing as turning up = insta racism.
You know full well that if they could pin something on him they would use the "intimidating argument" element against him / marches they would:
Come on. You know being racist is different to stirring racial hatred. You can say “I hate brown people’ absolutely fine in the UK. Funnily enough, the people getting arrested always say a lot worse…
I went on enough marches in my time, including the anti-Iraq War one and a couple of anti-Brexit ones, which I’m sure you would classify as “left wing”, and I never once saw any behaviour like that. London does have public toilets in abundance you know.
You're not the one with an agenda and a camera looking for it though. Anyways for fun I asked google. lol
I don’t really care about public urination. I am more annoyed that the whole march is disingenuous. So many people interviewed on the march complaining about millions of illegals - who don’t have a ****ing clue what they are talking about. And just attending an event set up by a man who a month ago was saying a black grandad with his white grandkids was a **** is so wrong.
