I have no issues that were going direct in this game. Pompey are pressing hard, so not risking losing it at the back is sensible . BUT Given that’s the plan, let’s give ourselves a better shot at winning those balls. Azaz has to be looking for every drop down. Fellows needs to start 10 yards inside the touch line. Archer is always going to struggle to win them…. Stewart on up front (either for archer or for Fraser and move Archer across to LW)
We have barely tried it. It has been two passes and long. The fact the fans start jeering when we actually have the ball gets my goat. Calm down and help the players stay calm on the ball.

I know this is only game 5 but this is a huge 45 minutes for Still's Saints career. Come on Saints ffs. Need to want it a bit more.
Players have to give more here. Pompey should not be dictating the game when we are at home. I agree with what someone else said, we've almost been through a couple if times but no where near enough movement. Please stop punting long though as we are giving it away every time. We are playing with Archer up front for Christ's sake, though he has done ok considering.
