Yeah I noticed that, is it still gay? Or have they now been moved along? RHC, I'm such a french twat I had the bouillabaise and she had the moules, fookin great too. Got to say, have always referred to us as reds and not once have I ever felt the need to add devils on the end just in case someone thought I was talking about Liverpool. I usually say mighty reds so that might explain it, given your lot's lack of might.
fosters is awful. if i'm buying beer for the house i normally get some crazy oriental ****. When i go out i just take what i'm given nowadays
I've had the bouillabaise and yes it is excellent, mrs T had the confit duck which as i said earlier is ****ing ace. as regards the pub chops It appears to be a "straight" one now, and a busy one too, mind if you don't make any money this time of the year you never will. .... and one final thing yes we are the MIGHTY REDS!
Nah, his inane ramblings did spice up the day a bit, I never took him that serious on grounds of I think he's was a fake and it was all an act, in the end he just got on my tits with the same old drivel till both sides of this thread had enough.
I rarely buy any lager for that reason. The only time I will is on a club night when it's £1 a pint for Carlsberg, but only after I've dulled my taste buds with some finer stuff. The house ale usually.
No, we amongst ourselves call us the reds, or United of course. We're not talking nicknames here. Can you imagine how cheesy we'd sound by calling us the red devils to each other? We'll leave that to the kiddies.
Not only do you constantly sing about us when you're playing other teams, you steal our songs. We are the mighty Reds, we are the mighty Reds, We are the Reds, we are the mighty Reds, We are the mighty Reds, we are the mighty Reds, WE ARE THE REDS, WE ARE THE MIGHTY REDS
When have you ever sung that? You've got two songs, You'll never walk.... and Liverpool, Liverpool repeated over and over. That's it.
Regularly on The Kop, when you could queue up and pay on the turnstile. You know Jack S..t. I feel a KPR haze descending......................
PS It is sung to the tune of 'Those were the days, my friend, popularised by Mary Hopkin and written by Lennon and McCartney, the famous mancs
Actually you âead the ball the song goes something like this Those were the days my friends we took the Anfield End, we took the Kop, and then we took the Street. We took the Kippax too We fought those boys in blue We are the reds â we- are- the -mighty reds we- are- the - mighty -reds, we are the mighty reds. We are the reds â we- are- the -mighty reds We are the mighty reds â¦. Blah blah blah! You dig!?
