Off Topic RTG WUMs, Bullies and Mags

Off the top of my head I'd say I know around 50 people from RTG and probably 30 from here.

So, no offence, but I'd have to totally disagree with you ... unless I've missed your point.

And I've had half a bottle of Bumbu by accident

It was a generalised point rather than a specific one.

I'd have to disagree.

 

I started using chatrooms as a student in the late 90s and enjoyed cracking on with people. I even got engaged to someone in the early noughties after reading their message board posts. Online was a nicer place back then.

After trolls appeared in numbers and social media turned into a battleground I became more cautious, only stepping in people's DMs when I felt I had to and then being desperate to get away

I agree about the need to be cautious, yet I admire anyone who consistently tries to help others because I personally would find it very difficult.

 

Is anyone having problems getting onto RTG at the moment?
Or is it just me?

there are companies that advertise Ddos attacks as a service its not that expensive

 

I won't stop using it as some of the threads in SMB section really interest me, but my opinion of the placed changed massively after Keith started following me around and then PM'd me with abuse/threats. No doubt whilst full of wine on another of his cruises that he never talks about. I reported it to Roger/Pancho, I never received an apology from Keith.

Out of interest, why do people think he's racist? I've seen it mentioned on here and on a Newcastle forum I occasionally read.

 

Still think it’s a decent forum, but would love to see the likes of Hank and @becs back.

The fact a footy forum can bring out the behaviour it does in some people is astounding though.
