Good question. I'll take a 0-0 with plenty of injuries and red cards.

I’d go for wolves win. as long as Villa do and Fulham at least draw.

Newcastle are also dealing with the news that fellow summer signing Jacob Ramsey is injured too. The midfielder has an ankle problem and is set to be out for around a month.

    100%

We aren’t fighting Newcastle this season so we want relegation contenders losing.

Canny comp that it’s funny if they don’t win though.

At this stage of season I want Wolves to win 100%
I want the skunks to go 4 matches without a win and their crowd to turn especially as they would be expecting to win.
I maybe change my tune if this was being played at end of season.
I always want those ****s to get beat

A defeat, or poor showing, against Wolves would be a real and significant hammer blow.

It's the perfect storm of losing Isak, missing transfer targets, defeat to Liverpool, no goals in their other two games ...

... the cracks are starting to appear and there's a definite rift between the supporters and the owners.

Supporters can tolerate a lot but the way the ticket allocations are being handled is intolerable for them.

If they fail to score today there'll be a lot of unrest around SJP ...

    ... which is a shame <laugh>

Agree with this. Mags are currently in a group of clubs we aren't really competing with this season. It's always great to see them lose, but not to teams who,in theory at least, may be our rivals. Overall,it's my impression that the Mags are in trouble anyway....they could end up having a very poor season.

They have to finish in top 4 . 5th will be standing still , anything below and there’ll be hell on - although it will be ‘’ Europe was detrimental to league ‘’

Them 3 points for Wolves will count the same at the end of season, regardless of what stage and who they got them from.

There’s no way I want wolves winning a game they are expected to lose.

Theyll lose plenty points this season let it be v Palace, Brighton and Forest not our direct competition.

In the past Shepherd or Hall would have spunked a load of money on some high profile signings to placate them. But with PSR that's a struggle now. I wonder if the mags turn on the Saudis if they have a poor season or will they shut up because after pushing for it they know they'll look ungrateful if they start slagging off the owners so soon.?

I'm over the moon those ****ers didn't win it again. However after all the decent competition they been up against over the years, it's won by a bloke who's just been sacked from his presenting job.
Also he's Shearers mate so just as bad as those 2 little cock wombles

That will take some doing mind!

For one thing it will take an Act of Parliament as the park is listed so you can't just throw a huge concrete mass up there. It would also attract huge opposition; whatever we all think, most people are NOT interested in football.

Maybe they could do this, maybe they have the stomach for the years and the struggle it would take. Maybe not.

I think they will eventually have to stay where they are or move out of town. Well out.

.But the Hotchpotch has problems which are both unpredictable ( possible concrete cancer in two of the stands) and enormously expensive to fix. It is also adjacent a Listed street, which as we know is why one stand is so small, giving the Hotchpotch appearance. And that street is going nowhere.

It's an eleven sided Rubix cube of a problem.
