I'm kind of hoping all the negative crap is being got out of the way for me and it's the start of a good weekend.. water taxi to the airport was late plane was delayed on take off (ie sat on the plane) for nearly an hour waiting for the weight software to tell the pilot the plane was not fat turbulent flight (which stresses the wife out) a couple of young babies who for no fault of their own had a really bad descent delayed parking on the stand due to another software issue and had to manually park the plane (ie wait for someone to come out to guide them in) delayed baggage several motorway closures down the M3 a twat who kept indicating left every time they drifted over the rumble strips only to veer right across two lanes for about 10 miles (left at basingstoke) getting home at 1am to the cat greeting us with a big pile of **** in the sink and vomit all over the dining table (wife's parents have been over-feeding him while we were away) Still, full day tattoo session today and then onto Sunday to watch a bit of football.
OK, getting excited now. My sons got a bloody footy game that should finish at 11.30am, then got to hammer it home. Will miss a bit of the build up, boo.
Knowing sky and ITV, the presenters will be talking about the Manchester derby and Liverpool playing away at Burnley.
It will be presented as one of the those curious local contests, just with a bit of added fire ... like heated bog snorkelling or a slightly sun-melted cheese rolling contest.
Having something of a dilemma. Every time I’ve watched us on ITV we’ve lost, but there’s a chance of a reverse jinx because I’m going to have to record it. So do I go for the RJ, or play it “safe” with Sky?
