Former Premier League referee David Coote has been charged with making an indecent video of a child. The 43-year-old, who was sacked by refs' body PGMOL last year, is due to appear before Nottingham Magistrates tomorrow. Coote, from Newark, is accused with making one indecent video of a child of 'category A' on January 2, 2020. Category A is the most serious of the categories. The charge relates to acts such as downloading, sharing and saving material.

Yeah I was just watching the video hahaha. Guy I grew up with (Ross Ahfeld if you look up on Facebook was non-too happy. He’s a very religious, fellow half German and his Dad actually played for West Ham and was my coach in the Scottish youth league). Too much info from me as always! Didn’t agree with him on a lot of (or even most) things and I understand he was a decisive figure in the States but he was a young man and a father to young children. That’s all I’ll say about it other than RIP.
