The problem with England is and always will be that there's always the same old faces that burrow themselves into the squad for years. There's better players imo that never get picked... Same thing happens at all levels of football.
Full time stats are in folders 107 passes completed 94% pass accuracy 20 passes into the final 3rd 7 out of 8 long balls completed 100% tackles won
Think a bit of perspective is needed here, we were ****e, Anderson was clearly the best player on the pitch….we were playing Andorra tho mate, not ****ing Spain!
Was he playing **** players every game he's excelled in? At least you acknowledge what folders couldn't though.
Now you're just being stupid. Its a matter of opinion, not fact. Its not a question of 'acknowledging' anything. I'm forming an opinion based on what I saw and not stats. Stats whilst relevant aren't everything. I prefer to judge players on what i see. I prefer players who try to make something happen as opposed to playing the 'safe' ball. Madeuke clearly was trying to make things happen and was directly involved with the first goal. Hence he was my MOM. Anderson whilst steady didn't try to open up the Andorran defence and inevitably played the safe ball. That's why he wasn't my MOM and would also be a significant factor in having decent stats. The fact somebody else agrees with your opinion doesn't affect my opinion one jot. No one is saying Anderson is a bad player but you seem overly obsessed again about trying to prove something which wasn't true then and wasn't true when he left and which is totally irrelevant now.
Nobody gives a **** who your motm was we're talking about who the motm actually was and his stats. We're talking about that because you said he wasn't.. When I confronted you you've now started deviation tactics. BTW I said he was the best player on the pitch before seeing any stats.
You obviously do as you've spent all night trying to tell me I'm wrong. Don't tell me you think that the stats prove who the MOM is as that is priceless.
It was you that did that folders because I made the original claim.. I've now got you rinsing emoticons.
It'll be next weekend soon enough and then a chance to drive a nail into some catalonian super league hearts.
“He’s just a very, very good football player,” Tuchel said. “He has the physicality, he’s very mobile at No 6. He has the body, he loves to defend, he loves to put his body inside to duels. He loves passing, he loves to break the lines, he’s very mobile in this game. It was a pleasure to see.
Apparently the Italian media are hailing Tonali as being their outright best midfielder after his last national team outing, remarking that he looked outstanding in all facets of his game and was clearly the better player when compared with his CM partner Barella.
Wish we'd kept him - would've been an excellent option to have, with a very high ceiling. Would've certainly kept our current first pick CM 3 on their toes at the very least.
It'll be interesting to see where he goes next... I can see Newcastle trying to buy him back when Guimareas decides to leave. I suspect Man United will be looking at him.
That guy at Bayern has had a few proper digs at Newcastle over the player. Blaming Newcastle for inflation basically. It's caught my eye that two of the super league ****s levy and now him are starting up their gaslighting. It's almost as if they're worried about apt2 and Newcastle in general.
At least Levy is gone. It’s not us inflating the fees either. It’s the top six again. We probably have overpaid for both Wissa and Woltemade mind but if he scores 15-20 goals this season Bayern can buy him for 620m if they want.
Is he at Bayern or is he some honorary president like sir John hall? If it’s the latter then I don’t understand why anyone is paying a single bit of attention to to him.
