    I didn't read question 13 correctly. Newport News is (I think) the largest dockyard in the USA. Ulsan is the largest in the world.

    If I'm correct neither Ulsan or Newport are Naval dockyards. They're civilian shipyards.

    You have a point there when you read closely. Google the answer and you get - ' The largest naval base in the world and the United States is Naval Station Norfolk in Virginia.'
