Totally agree, if it’s another disjointed performance on Saturday he has to go. You can’t say that and it fails.

Gareth would have never signed players who weren't interested; certainly wouldn't have played them. Ticks in boxes don't tell you that sort of thing. Decision making on a basis of boxes ticked is just about my biggest hate; actually infuriates me. People who are not proper decision makers hide behind ticked boxes. In the interview he said he wants a small tight squad, so who is buying all these players. Does he not want them but forced to play them. It all makes no sense.
