There may be two SCs available for Villa but it depends on a work situation.

As you've been first to ask I'll let you know asap.

The vast majority of people have no problem with it, some believe they have problems until they sort it themselves and a few really do have issues ...

... but saying the ticketing side of the club is a shambles, and non-league standard ignores the fact that this isn't actually the club.

It's a bought in system like Horizon, that the Post Office utilised ...

... oops, what have I said, didn't think that through <laugh>

That's not because some look for reasons to say negative things like 'shambles & non-league standard' about the club, though, is it :emoticon-0112-wonde

Ticketing for the Hudderfield match has been woeful.

The game has "sold out" 4 or 5 times due to how they've released block by block, with periods of hours without any tickets being on sale at all, amateurish.

I've had so many complaints about it for RAWA. It needs sorting before the next cup match.

Brentford haven't sold the full away end so tickets returned for home fans to buy.

Problem is the club have made no announcement of this so only people who are constantly checking a previously sold out fixture, or people on forums would even know they're on sale.

Also lots of rows in the Premier Concourse (unrelated to returned away tickets) went on sale yesterday, why weren't they always on sale from the beginning?

I knew there's be issues with the new system but it's still not working properly.

It's a really important aspect so needs sorting.

I don't know what you've heard but Bruce has been stamping his feet over it.

That came from someone who liaises with the club, you probably know them.
