He's only repeating what he was told, no need to be rude ...

... he may even be right.

Wonder how much that lad has received in contract termination money over his career....probably more than he's earned at the job!
How to make a living out of working in the only industry in the world which rewards failure.

He's had a fair amount of success too mind.

There's examples out there that better highlight your point.

You're right,I know. It's just that he seems more high profile I suppose.

Hope so! He won't play the "West Ham way" and the fans will be on his back in no time!

Some strange comments in Amirons presser...

Manchester United boss Ruben Amorim on his comments about his players after the Grimsby: "I know that when I speak these things. Guys, to be really honest with you guys, every time that we have or have in the future one defeat like that, I'm going to be like that. I'm going to say that sometimes I hate my players, sometimes I love my players, sometimes I want to defend my players. This is my way of doing things and I'm going to be like that. And I felt that in that moment I was so frustrated and annoyed. And I know, again, that you have a lot of experienced people talking about the way I should perform with the media, to be more constant, to be more calm. I'm not going to be like that."

I listened to it...was weird, a bit like the Cantona " when the seagulls follow the trawler" moment

Bearing in mind that English is not his first language, his remarks are still a bit unusual

Nowt wrong with that mind, in an era of anodyne sound bites, but he is giving off the impression that he is struggling to cope.

It's a horrible job right now and he doesn't look like he's got the chops for it.

Give it to Gary Neville. He likes telling us all how these managers are getting it wrong.

I was just following it on bbc sport website so not sure what his demeanour or anything was like. He was on about wanting to quit after a defeat. I get that he is passionate but saying that in front of the media is a bit odd imo. Contrast that to RLB who is very cool and articulate, I know who I'd rather listen to.

The thing with this lad is that it seems they had to persuade him to stay on after last season's horrors.
He was prepared to walk, but they talked him into carrying on. Big error IMO .
