    I find it interesting to know what’s going on at other clubs in the division. Had a quick look at Sheffield United’s forum to see what they think of their start to the season. Also checked out QPR’s forum after their 7-1 loss to Coventry. Apparently, their new head coach Stéphan is nowt more than a bibs and cones figurehead. Their CEO Christian Nourry calls all the shots regarding playing philosophy, formations and even which keeper starts and all the other coaching and backroom staff report to him, not the head coach.

    It seems a lot of clubs are moving in this direction where the head coach’s authority is getting more and more diminished in favour of CEOs and DoFs. Can see why Cifuentes left QPR the way he did.
