He wasn't on live TV, he was in a room full of journalists, what's the problem?

It was still football related and he said it while representing his club at a press conference.

Oh,So decency and morals go out the window once the final whistle goes?

The press made a big deal out of Bellamy and Barton exchanging swear words after the final whistle at Anfield on saturday.

Strange then when 'Arry uses foul language its accepted and not frowned upon.

As i said earlier in the thread clarity and parity on whats acceptable in the game and whats not is needed and then everyone will be equal.

I thought it was stupid to get involved with the Rooney appeal for ENGLAND thing, is he that ******ed to realise that Liverpool fans want Rooney to get his ban reduced (if you support England)?

I never meant to say it as though Fergie had never said anything bad, just annoys me that Dalglish comments on literally everything.

As much as I despise Rooney and hate Suarez, FA need to do something here to make it fair.

Same with Toure's assault on Mata <ok>

Cant be arsed posting links but 'Arry has give his opinion on all the major issues(that dont involve Spurs)of late.

So when he does it its ok because he manages a team other than Liverpool?

I never said anything about Harry Redknapp. I agree that he is a **** and I feel he should be nowhere near the England job, and I don't think anyone actually cares about what he says.

Why? Can you not see the difference between Suarez swearing at the crowd, Rooney swearing into a live camera and Harry swearing in a press conference? If not, nevermind.

We're talking about double standards within football.

Hope that helps to jog your memory.

To be honest I hadn't heard much about it and didn't even realise it was in a press conference! That does change it but it's still not on.

You may want to read what is typed before you comment, to save yourself looking silly mate as the only reason "diving" was bought up by myself was in response to Liverpool fans talking about Modric and going down easy (for which I said he did) but considering certain liverpool players have been known to go down easy it shows the hypocrisy of Liverpool fans getting involved in something that has nothing to do them.

Which is actually ironic, considering a Bolton fan has mentioned about Dalgish commenting on things that have nothing to do with him, seems to be passing down to the fans.

As for Klinsmann, he won the PFA Players of the year award and in his time in the league the only "diving" he done was in celebration and if you was old enough you will remember the celebration for when he scored to knock Liverpool out of the FA Cup that year.

So if Suarez had used the word he allegedly called Evra in a post match press conference it would have been acceptable?

He's asked a direct question about it as were most Premiership managers in their pre match conferences and to be fair they had a point. You can be given an extra games ban for a frivolous appeal by the FA, yet there was little doubt that Rooney deserved the 3 game violent conduct ban. The FA, who were appealing argued that missing European Championship matches was worse than qualifiers. Would the FA take into account the same when reviewing a case where a player was suspended for an FA Cup final say?

In that clip he was talking "off air" but the cameras went to him before him and the presenter knew they were on air - I think you're showing you have a massive chip on your shoulder.

The second clip yes he uses the F word several times, however you look at it in context as anyone who saw that would have just laughed!

What would you like the media to have said about Modrics "dive" as first off there is no proof it was a dive and second off it was against stoke in a game in which the ref had a mare, you need to look at these things in context rather then feel everyone is against Liverpool,
