I'd play Joelinton up front now that his confidence has grown and he'll have better service. That way you get Ramsey in the side also.
Gordon also on the left having a go at their makeshift right back. Either that or play Barnes down the middle..... Joelinton whether people realise it or not can do part of a strikers job.....I think he'd ruffle van dykes feathers and Gordon and Elanga would be able to play off him a bit.
100%, don't really care if my dead nan is a more deadly finisher, Joelinton would love the challenge. Will steady Eddie be so bold? Doubt it. It'll be the same line up.
Howe will play the same side until the challenge is even more enormous than it already is. Schar and Burn should be dropped immediately for Thiaw and Botman btw
On the day before Newcastle United (the only team I ever wanted to play for) take on last season’s League winners, Liverpool Tap-up FC, it’s dawned on me that I’ve recently behaved like a twat; fluttering my eyelids at the bindippers like a wet 25 year old slut. This was very badly advised behaviour. Everyone at the club has been so very nice to me throughout this that it’s made me a bit tearful and a lot ashamed. So as I post this on Insta and the head to bed I’d just like to say that OF COURSE I’ll be glad, euphoric actually, to pull on the b&w in the morning and get back out there with the lads. I’d like to thank Eddie, Obi, Rum-spitter and everyone else - you know who you are - for keeping the door ajar for me. And if you’re wondering when a door is ajar, it’s when it’s not closed.
