I’d wager plenty players read socials and these forums.

Would like to add that i've worked freelance this summer for a PL club, a League One club and 2 in Europe.

I'm not exactly qualified to talk about if Dowman is ready or not because I don't have all the facts but I can say that the process to decide if he's ready would've been extensive and no club with a proper structure in place would take these decisions lightly.

Because i'm not about to out myself on an anonymous forum? You can easily find me online and i'd rather that didn't happen to be honest. I've told plenty people over PM's who i've worked for, if you're interested then PM me but why would I out myself in the open?

 

Mental argument this like

Arsenal a team full of experienced coaches and experts have decided a 15 yr old lad was good enough and mature enough to play 25 minutes in a game they were 4-0 up - not sure what's wrong with that!

I love seeing young exciting talent getting game time, especially at the top clubs - Arsenal know how to look after their young players so they aren't chucking him if he's not 100% ready

He played really well and looks so confident, can't wait to see how he develops- reckon he will get quite a few minutes over this season
