http://www.tottenhamhotspur.com/news/latest_news.html I assume none of the players will feature v Shamrock. Shame about Mason, I think he could do a decent job for us out there I presume Bongani is the South African we signed last year.
Oh!,'Six'..... Looks a decent result against that opposition, interestingly, Tim Sherwood adopts 3-5-2 formation, now where have we seen that recently? Christ! this post makes me look like Roger Whittaker.
Not for me. It's out of our hands unlike Lyon, in that the others can ensure we're out, not that I expect a blatant stitch up, it just might happen to be a draw. Also, surely it's our reserves going over there, and they'll struggle to beat Shamrock by the necessary 3 or 4 (or 5?) anyway.
I'm always hopeful. I was hopeful that we'd turn around the deficit against Real Madrid. I was hopeful against Sevilla when we needed 4 second half goals to stay in the UEFA Cup. Hell, I was even hopeful when we were 4-0 down against Fulham with 10 men.
Coulibaly is ineligible for EL, and I can't recall how many of that list are even in our European squad. I also thought Ryan Mason was loaned out for the season.
Mason was loaned out, but he picked up an injury and returned to Spurs. Now that he's fit, I'm not sure whether he'll return or not, as I believe both clubs agreed to cancel the loan. We often play youngsters that are out on loan in this type of fixture, anyway. Button's on loan, for example.
