Breakfast done, last day of the holiday. Pick up is 9am tomorrow though so chill.

 

Just finished my 21st park run today. Been really pushing myself recently running midweek.

Think it officially means i've hit middle aged. Got my heart rate up to 189 today, it was 175 for like 20 minutes of the run.

 

21 runs a day is overdoing it Bob ...

Doing a few hours here prepping for tomorrow then taking the mrs and her sisters out for a drinks later

Didn't realise it was 5.8% until another drinker told me, not bad for a couple of quid, enjoyable...
