Suarez is a better all round player than Salah. If Suarez had stayed 8 seasons and played in the team Salah did he’d be almost breaking shearer record this season in my
opinion as be getting 25/30 goals every single season.

However Salah is by far the bigger Liverpool legend and don’t really need to compare them. Salah has stayed with us. He’s broken record after record. He’s brought up 2 league titles a CL and more cups. I wouldn’t have traded Salah for anyone over the last 8 years.

Elliott being linked with Leipzig now - be happy if he goes there.

Tsimikas also linked with move to Marseille.

    Can see both going.

Well that's a big if, purely on the basis he could wait to get out and engineered it after trying to get to arsenal.

The man scored 147 in 191 games for barca so yeah he'd be elite.

This is personal preference. I'd rather the dedication of salah to the attitude of suarez.

We have been spoiled for forwards.

It'd be like saying I'd rather hunt, no Keegan. No Danish. No rush, no fowler, no ownlen. No torres. Oh ill just take suarez, nah how aboit salah

We are immensely lucky to see these players

    And its marseille for tsimikas.

That imo would be a dream move for the guy with a year left on contract. He's never getting better than that on a free.

South of France, big stadium, get himself a big pay day.

    Ideal for all.

Wish the Greek scouser well. Will be remember primarily for the winning pen v chesles and looking like a crack addict on a downer in a good few games.

Arsenal now have everything needed but a proper manager to win the quad.

According to them they are all worldies.

But i think anything happens to saka and thry are toast.

Less change and some quality signings make them my favourites tbh

They need to start creating more asap tbh, when Arsenal go 1-0 down it's a big problem

I still think saka is the key.

First look at Gyokeres in an arsenal shirt is slow lump. They have to supply him chances.

First look at odengaard is form is still poor. That needs to change.

First look at midfield is impressive.

First look at defence is strong but narrow.

I really think they have all the depth needed but they need saka firing.

Its the same for City. Its all aboit supplying haaland and they will be right up there.

If the transfer window were to slam shut today with no new additions, how would people feel?

it does look like we are all in on Guehi and Isak and we have form for holding out for our targets…so they may not happen with no plan B.

It is what it is. Happy with the signings we've made. Yes, we're a little short in certain areas but I'm 100% behind only signing the right player and not just filling holes.

    I'd be betting on 4th.

The annual post window depression poll will be added to the thread started by z with the title update so it can be found.

We dont have enough forwards and at cb we are extremely risky for 4 competitions.

I still firmly believe we need another cm.

If it closed today I would have very mixed feelings- I would feel like we made good steps forward in several positions- but left ourselves exposed at CB and thus unlikely to win any silverware despite a healthy splashing of cash.
