Inevitable sadly. Your boys aren’t acting in good faith, surprisingly, cheered on by Starmer, Carney and Macron. Time to crack on with it.

Russia has no claim to Ukrainian lands, Muscovy was created by the Kievan Rus, not the other way around.
Soviet Union collapsed 8 years before Nato bombed Serbia, who had attacked all their neighbours over the previous 9 years and committed numerous atrocities. The war started because Serbia decided they should be in control, rather than the system of a revolving 1 year term with each state getting a turn.
Yugoslavia was communist, but it was not soviet nor particularly aligned with Russia, which is probably why Stalin tried to have Tito assassinated so many times.

It don't really matter to me if Russia has no claim to Ukrainian land, it's what Putin believes right now and the death toll that has followed his ideology. What I said was there's been disputed borders going on for 400+ years, well before our time and Putin's and probably will carry on that way, beyond our lifetimes.

My previous comments revolved around it was part of the Soviet Union until 1991.

The rest of Europe saw an opportunity when the Soviet Union collapsed, it was only a matter of time before old Soviet heads would think hmm hang on here. You are right and I was wrong it was an 8 year gap, I mistakenly took the date from the start of the Yugoslavia war, but nontheless the situation would have probably been different if it wasn't for the collapse of the Soviet Union, because it removed the possibility of direct military confrontation.

Either way we bombed kids once again, because we knew it would have zero consequences to us. We and our weapons are always bombing kids and are still killing them with the aid of weapons, again with zero consequences. If Putin is the bad boy in this, then we are pure evil with ours and Americas track record, the latter more so.

The recent actions of our European politicians converging on the White House is very telling, some people matter, others don't.

Maybe if we had all got around the table much sooner, we could have headed Putin off, but we are just bunch of war mongering chancers, a let's see what reaction we get, now it's Ukranain lives suffering the consequences, while we all watch from our sofa's.

it's all about opinions and I don't think we are totally blameless in all this, why do we care about the Ukraine, we don't, we never have, but they would make a good trading block, Piskie could set up another water park in Odesa, he can't have Crimea, that's already taken, and it would even be handier if NATO could have weapons there - it's always about self interests and nowt to do ever with protecting lives imho.

A Ukranian has been arrested by Italian police on instructions from the Germans who want him extradited to Germany, due to sabotage of the Nord Stream pipeline in 2022.

The Ukranians have always denied their involvement along with the Russians, @Sucky your department I believe lol - The Ukranian arrested is said to be the co-ordinator.

This old story clearly pointed the blame...

Ukrainian team blew up Nord Stream pipeline, claims report.

Spokesperson for Volodymyr Zelenskiy denies WSJ claims and again accuses Russia of carrying out the sabotage.

    https://www.theguardian.com/world/a...am-blew-up-nord-stream-pipeline-claims-report

The Nord Stream gas pipeline was blown up by a small Ukrainian sabotage team in an operation that was initially approved by Volodymyr Zelenskiy and then called off, but which went ahead anyway, according to claims in a report in the Wall Street Journal.

Initially, many assumed Russia was to blame. Later, others suggested the CIA could have been involved. Last year, the New York Times reported that US officials had seen intelligence suggesting a “pro-Ukrainian group” was behind the explosions, while last month, Hungary’s prime minister, Viktor Orbán, called the explosions “an act of terrorism carried out at the obvious direction of the Americans”.

    Today: https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/articles/crkz1jl5j06o

Last year German reports suggested a team of Ukrainian divers had hired a yacht and sailed out into the Baltic to attack the pipelines.

German prosecutors issued a warrant for the arrest of a diver named Volodymyr Z last August.

They said on Thursday that the suspect held in Rimini would be brought before an investigating judge after he was extradited from Italy.

The prosecutors said the man was "strongly suspected of jointly causing an explosion and of sabotage undermining the constitution".

There is no evidence so far linking Ukraine, Russia or any other state to the attacks.

It would seem Starmer rewarding Hamas for their terrorist attack hasn’t put Benny and the gang off.

    I’m totally shocked.
