Good news about Armstrong - as long as he is replaced. We have a habit of letting players go and not replacing them.

    Shame about Williams.

Bristol City are ready to offload striker Sinclair Armstrong before the transfer window shuts on September 1 after falling down the pecking order at Ashton Gate, sources have exclusively informed Football League World.

There is no doubt in most people's minds that this guy is one of the worst transfers completed by Bristol City and yet someone still sanctioned the move - who? I think his biggest issue is in his mind by thinking he deserves a chance at this level but his skills tell me he might thrive in League One and no higher.. Good money wasted on a player that offers nothing of any value - get rid of now please. :headbang:

Could be a little windfall for us if this goes through. Some money to go shopping for another striker maybe?

Doubt it would £50 million. Once one shows interest others will follow and push the price up.
Thats if it’s true, and not some numpty making up rumours which X seems to be full of.

20% of the fee, or 20% of the profit on the next sale? The latter is the more common add-on

I do believe in the case it is on the selling fee.

20% of the profit of on going fee ..... means Bournemouth would bank less than £20m accounting for fee's etc etc THATS WHY THEY HELD OUT FOR £65M last month! and terms had been???agreed with player but Cherries gave him a big rise!
