You had to edit your response about Jones being granted bail because he was indeed granted bail after initially being remanded. Had Connolly pleaded not guilty, would she have been granted bail after initially being remanded? Who knows? It is strange how the legal system in East London seems to work differently to the one in the Northampton.

You said Jones was granted bail. You made out as if he never spent any time on remand. He was bailed after pleading not guilty, Connolly pleaded guilty and was remanded in custody pending sentencing, which is perfectly normal in court proceedings. Do you need it explained again?
