I've had the opposite experience in the last couple of years. I'm not a short bloke, by any means, but the gig-going public appear to be growing. I can still get away with it, but anyone under six foot is going to have a bad night.

Not part of the singing drummers theme: Paradise Lost released their first album in 1990. This is from their new one. They still have the same line-up, barring the drummer. They've had about six.
That's a coincidence, I first heard Amelia on the Mark Radcliffe Folk Show , as my Mum was from the Northeast I'm a suckerer for the Northumberland accent the Unthanks have a similar sound , and last week booked tickets for her concert at the Stables in Milton Keynes next February

Whilst I don't think it would be amongst his very best work, It's an interesting collection of songs very few of which I was aware of before Weller 'reimagined' them. If you like the song I posted here I think you will enjoy giving it a listen, A bit of a slower burner, but the more I listen and get familiar with it more I like it.
