Cut a batch of new fire bricks for my stove. They were a bitch to get back in. But the stove is ready for the autumnal cozy nights in.

Working all weekend

Went to work, painted the woodwork in a bathroom.

Now at home having lunch

Then back to job

What was you running from/for?

 

running sucks but started doing it to help my missus improve his mild asthma.

Now i started though i've started finding it quite therapeutic and hopefully i'll come back as 10 lungs park when i start playing football.

Park Run is that thing that happens every saturday in parks all around england and is a 5k run. The one i turned up to today had quite a lot of old people (who walk it) so i imagine its quite good for them, go out get some fresh air and have a bit of social with people
