PSR is a rolling deadline over 3 years.
there isn't a fixed one as such (well there is one but we fix it ourselves via our prior business in the rolling period)
And if anyone is reasonably thinking we weren't at the arse end of permitted losses before we even started this window is frankly delusional.

You'd have said promotion in 2008 was delusional at the start of the season.
But we have very little room to move financially.
It's sad really that the level of pragmatism found in this window hadn't been applied in January '23.
